President’s Greeting

Our company, which originated as a manufacturing and sales business of vegetable oil in the mid-Edo period, adopted the name “Aburachu” (油忠), derived from the shop name “Aburaya Chuzo” at its founding.
Although the nature of our business has changed significantly, our philosophy remains unchanged from our founding principles. We believe that the success of business lies not in making money, but in fostering deep and enduring relationships that transcend generations.
Our expertise lies in revitalizing properties ranging from single-car garages to commercial premises for businesses. We excel in breathing new life into land and buildings, offering proposals to revitalize communities.
We are committed to ensuring that properties, which may otherwise lack inherent value, are transformed into assets that are economically and socially beneficial. We strive to serve you in the best possible way, and we look forward to continuing to be of service to you in the future.
