Types of Information Collected
The information collected mainly includes the following personal information:

- Desired property information related to real estate (location, structure, size, floor plan, amenities, etc.).
- Other information obtained through application forms, contracts, surveys, etc. This information will be used for the purpose of collecting personal information mentioned above.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Except as provided below, we will not disclose, provide, or share personal information of our customers to third parties:
- When the customer has given consent.
- When disclosure or provision is requested based on laws and regulations.
- When providing information to counterparties to contracts and parties interested in purchase and sale or lease.
- When providing information to management companies that carry out real estate management, etc.
- When providing information to postal or transportation companies for contacting customers, shipping products, etc.
- When providing information to judicial scriveners, land and house investigators, and other specialists regarding registration, etc.
- When providing information to financial institutions regarding loans, etc.
- When providing information to affiliated non-life insurance companies.
- When providing information to guarantee entrusted companies, credit information agencies, or third parties with the consent of the customer.
- When providing property information related to real estate to cooperating companies or designated distribution organizations (information registration, contract notification).In addition, when providing property information to designated distribution organizations for the purpose of searching for counterparties to contracts and when contracting is concluded for properties registered with designated distribution organizations, personal information, etc., will be used as follows:
- If a contract is concluded, the date of conclusion and contract price, etc., will be notified to the designated distribution organization.
- The designated distribution organization will use the property information and transaction information (transaction information consists of property details, contract date, contract price, etc., excluding the names of the seller, buyer, landlord, and tenant) for the purposes of the business of the designated distribution organization specified by the Real Estate Transaction Business Law, such as providing electronic data or paper media to members of the designated distribution organization who are real estate brokers or public organizations. * In cases where an exclusive mediation contract or exclusive agency contract is concluded, registration with and notification of transaction information to the designated distribution organization are mandatory for real estate brokers based on the Real Estate Transaction Business Law.
- For responding to inquiries from customers and storing information as necessary to achieve the purpose mentioned in (10).
- For storage as accounting books and related documents based on Article 49 of the Real Estate Transaction Business Law.
- For conducting price evaluations related to the purchase and sale, lease, etc., of real estate. Regarding transaction information used for price evaluations, it may be provided to the requester as “basis of opinion” as stipulated in Article 34-2, Paragraph 2 of the Real Estate Transaction Business Law.
- In cases of emergency where it is necessary to protect human life, body, or property.
Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use Requests from Customers
If customers do not wish for their personal information to be used or provided to third parties, please contact the following contact point: However, please note that the service may not be available in such cases. If a customer requests disclosure of information about themselves, we will respond after confirming the identity of the person and unless there are special reasons. For disclosure requests, applications, and inquiries, please bring a public identity document (or a power of attorney in the case of a proxy) and visit our office.
Additionally, if information about a customer is found to be inaccurate, we will correct it.
